I'm joining Kristin for Kindred Connection Party today and you can join in too, just click the button.
Here are this week's questions:
1. If you had a day from this past week that you could "live over" (either for good or bad), which one would it be and why?
I had such a satisfying time chatting and knitting at Care and Share which sends items to Eastern Europe. The ladies are all in my bible study group. It is on the first Tuesday morning of the month, so I would be happy to 'live over' the time every week.
2. Do you work outside the home? Are you a SAHM? Are you self employed?
I don't do paid work outside the home now, as I am 66 and retired. I have volunteered, as one does in a country town, in various honorary executive positions, treasurer of the op-shop for example, and currently we sing at 9 or 10 Aged Care homes every month.
3. What are two blogs that you really love, and why?
That is a really hard one, as I have made some lovely friends here, all with blogs I love to visit. I do hope I am not pressed to name just two.

Thanks for joining the party this week Jan! Sounds like a lovely time with your crafting group...
Nice to meet you Jan. You visited your Texas and I was born and raised in Texas, United States.
Thank you for sharing today.
Hi Jan, the knitting you are doing at Care and Share sounds delightful. Maybe once I learn to knit I can join a similar group or start one for my brothers and sisters in the Kenyan village where I help out in small ways. God bless you.
Hi, I had to chuckle when I read your first question. My first reaction was to say, "Take back yesterday!" since I managed to trip and ended up with a 5th metatarsal fracture (middle of my foot).
But immediately, God reminded me that He used it to plant some great spiritual seeds into the heart of my grandtween when she saw me immediately praise God and start praying about the situation. With that in mind, I wouldn't want to take back yesterday. In spite of the pain, it's worth it to help guide a young heart to know and to do the will of God.
Thanks for a thought-provoking post! :)
