It has been so hot the past couple of days, I've run out of inspiration!
I know we always have only a few very hot days each summer, about this time. We didn't go to church as there are only a couple of wall fans there, and hubby also asked if I wanted to go anywhere, but I said no I'd rather not..... it would not be very pleasant outdoors.
I noticed in the paper that in Sydney, where it was a lot hotter than here yesterday, they mentioned people going to the air-conditioned malls or shopping centres and cinemas, and deserting the beaches which were too hot.
I am looking forward to going to the coast when it gets a little cooler, there are quite a few well under an hour from here. I love walking over the headlands and taking photos.

Jan, strange to hear someone say it is hot. After visting around with all the others showing the snow pictures & ice pictures. Enjoyed seeing yours though. Beautiful. I too love this song. Thanks for stopping by and visiting this evening. I pray you will have a break from the heat.
It is too hot for me outside I am chewing up electricity but keeping cool in the air conditioned house, They are lovely beaches down there. Which do you like best?

Yes it sure has been hot and humid. We use the celing fans all of the time but today the aircon went on. I remember as a child we didn't even have a fan. How blessed we are in this day and age. Love Crystal xx
I had to look back at the date of the post to see where it was so very hot...lol....All weather extremes are disrupting to everyday life. Your beach scenes are lovely as was the song. Have a wonderful day.
I would love to send you some of our frigid air so that you could be cooler and we could be warmer, lol! I do believe it is easier for us - I can't handle the heat! Love your photos - and would enjoy a stroll along the shore - when the temp. is just lovely! Blessings!

Jan, I've just read about the cyclone damage in paper the other day and then a big fire somewhere. And now your heat,....well, it's summer there I guess. I love the beach as well. Our water is only 52 degrees F. so don't go in it hardly ever. I love the music and love that song! Thanks and stay cool, my friend. Hugs!
