I have also chosen some readings and short verses, albiet briefly of course, as their attention span is short.
The Christmas reading:
For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!" ~ Luke 2:11-14 We precede with "Away in a Manger" and follow with "Silent Night".
And one of the short verses:
"Love came down at Christmas;

Love was born at Christmas,

I really liked seeing sch a nice photo of you and hubby. You look great to me in your reds. Anything that can be done for seniors is a wonderful blessing.
Sounds like a great show! My littles just did a reading at a seniors home on Sunday. It was so nice. They really enjoyed it and so did we. God bless you.
How wonderful of you to do this for the people in nursing homes. Well done for making Christmas happy for them.
