So sad to read in the paper today that the renowned yacht designer, Mr Joe Adams, previously of NSW, was murdered at his home in the Philippines at the weekend. He was well known throughout the yachting world, with racing winners, and ocean cruisers to his name.
Our Adams was a 36 foot 80hp motorsailer with two steering stations, three cabins and two heads and we lived aboard for about five years in the early 1990's.
RIP Mr Adams.

How sad Jan. We never know the day or the hour. I pray he didn't suffer. His yacht is beautiful, so calm and serene pictured here on these waters...Hug to you for sharing this.
There are so many sad moments in life, some personal, and some we see on the news, somtimes about people we know, and at the same time, so many things to be grateful and thankful for.... thank you for your kind thoughts about just one shocking incident in the news this week.
So sad.
That is a very sad and tragic news. May he rest in peace.
