BLUE MONDAY

I made these little guys (15 inches tall) over January while we were aaway, I like to knit while we travel, then I am a more relaxed passenger.

I will hand them in tomorrow at our "Care and Share" group, and they will be sent to Missions without Borders, destination Eastern Europe. I make beanies and scarves too.  It is nice to have someone to knit for, as I don't need anything myself.

I wouldn't try to knit for my family either.... I remember a lovely school jumper I made my son, and he lost it as quickly as he could, bought ones were more desirable....LOL.

Linking up with Smiling Sally at Blue Monday.

They are so cute Jan. I have yet to make one of these from the pattern you kindly sent me. But I have learned to make simple little knit sweaters for baby, so I think I can now follow the instructions for this bear :-) I'm sure the children who receive your bears will LOVE them :-)

Isn't it odd how ungrateful our own children can be? Another would have loved that jumper. Love your blues!

Happy Blue Monday, Jan.

You did a very nice job on the little bears. I bought some of the Beanie Babies when they were popular. Do not need them. Probably give to some children's home.
