However a year ago a friend was hand raising four tiny kittens from a few days old, and as we were around there every week practicing for a concert, I was tempted and adopted a little female, I had been watching sites for a rescue dog about four years old that would sit on my knee, and am so thankful that I got a lovely intelligent, cuddly cat instead.
Pics in chronological order.
I bought the carrier before we picked her up, and she loves it as a favourite spot too.
Tansy in her cat tent, her first time camping. This was just for part of the day, and she was inside the RV with me at night.
Curtains taken down after this, or replaced with cafe curtains, looks a bit odd !

We held a basket up for her to step into to get down,
More camping, on her harness
Tansy knocks down the Christmas Tree, but of course the dog did it.
New spot for tree, baubles out of reach and Tansy fascinated with a lagerphone

Something interesting in here
Tansy and Sky spend a lot of time together.
Tansy and her new cat tree, she loved the box it came in too.

Tansy has brought you a lot of joy, Jan and I am so very happy for you. She is quite the character as her pictures display. I have a cat now also and his name is Flynn -- he gets on well with the dogs and he is quite the entertainer himself. Nice to see you back on your blog. Enjoy!
Tansy is a beautiful cat. I can tell she brings you a lot of joy. Of course the box is always as exciting as the toy inside. ha ha
So glad you chose Tansy - she appears to have settled in very well and is doubtless very entertaining! Thank you for dropping by my blog and for your kind comments. I see from your profile that we have the same taste in music (I am an enthusiastic Gaither fan of some 10-15 years). Blessings to you and yours.
Hi Jan, It is lovely that you continue your blog. Tansy is so cute and certainly leading the life of a princess. Great to see all her antics she keeps
you entertained. I also think a blog is a good memory keeper.
Thats so lovely Jan xxxx
